Palm Shield shines at Sanford Medical Center

Palm Shield was selected to enclose a large mechanical equipment facility at the new Sanford Medical Center, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  This particular Palm Shield enclosure was twelve feet tall with large double drive doors for equipment access.  Palm Shield provides incredible aesthetics while protecting and venting large mechanical equipment.  What makes Palm Shield attractive to architects and engineers is that the system is custom designed to each application.  Palm Shield has a proven basic set of structural principles that include the use of a fully framed panel and intermediate louvered supports that make it possible to reach panel heights of over twenty feet tall.

Palm Shield is completely fabricated to include predrilled holes for all screws and bolts, making field installation a breeze.  Gates are pre-hung in our Palm Shield facility to assure all hinges line up and no sag.  Our goal is to provide a seamless installation for our customers.
