New budget minded PalmSHIELD Product

PalmSHIELD’s Asia commercial horizontal louvers is budget friendly and consistent short lead times louvered system. Asia is our commercial line of horizontal louver series utilizes our industry’s largest louvers with clean and simple designs. Providing one hundred percent direct visual screening and exceeding sixty-two percent openness, louvers are incorporated into a single fully fabricated panel. Asia horizontal louvers utilize a wide vertical channel on both sides of the louvers. This one of a kind louver system provides a very clean appearance incorporating only louvers between each column.

Asia horizontal louvers incorporates a 3/8” x 3/8” aluminum flat bar on 24” centers to support the louvers between the end channels. These intermediate supports prevent distortion under high winds and improves security. PalmSHIELD uses a 3” x 3” aluminum column system to support each panel. These columns are not to exceed sixty inches on center to assure our systems are engineered to meet all the UBC and IBC standards for wind loading.

Incorporating our best in class coating system, Asia horizontal commercial louvers are blasted and powder coated. Asia is available in all customer requested colors. Special colors may be at an additional cost. Asia horizontal commercial louvers continue the tradition of providing industry best slide and swing gates. All gates incorporate a fully welded tube framework. PalmSHIELD provides a one of a kind unique locking system meeting the highest quality industrial door standards. All of our locks are re-keyable.

PalmSHIELD’s architectural screening is always fully plant fabricated, assembled, disassembled. We put the highest care in packaging to assure each system arrives undamaged. Asia horizontal commercial louvers are no exception to this standard and will arrive in shorten lead times.
